In 2005 I opened Insight Real Estate with an office on SE Hawthorne Blvd., joining forces with Mark Minnis. Mark has been a valuable mentor, a savvy business partner, and a good friend since we met in 1995. Our friendship has forged several paths, from rowing the Rogue River to teaming up to successfully serve many clients over the years. Mark's philosophy of "single agency representation" has been the driving force behind Insight Real Estate from the beginning. 

Many competitor agencies endeavor to become "disclosed limited agents," which means they step away from representing a single party in a transaction. Instead, they occupy the middle ground, and merely facilitate the sale.  This practice results in the "golden ring" of getting both the sale and buy commission, and at the same time leads to inferior representation for the client.

Our single-agency policy means we vow to only represent one client at a time during a transaction. This service pledge promises honest, high-quality representation from beginning to end. This practice makes us a rarity in the field, but we think it is good business, and our clients do too!
