a single agency approach:

In 2005 I opened Insight Real Estate with an office on SE Hawthorne Blvd., joining forces with my esteemed mentor, savvy business partner, and good friend Mark Minnis. Our friendship forged many paths, from rowing the Rogue River to successfully serving our valued clients over the years. Mark's philosophy of "single agency representation" has been the driving force behind Insight Real Estate from the beginning, and I still proudly carry forward that philosophy after Mark's passing.
 

Many competitor agencies work as "disclosed limited agents," which means instead of representing a single party in a transaction, and prioritizing the client's individual needs, they occupy the middle ground, and merely facilitate the sale. This gets the agent the "golden ring," netting both the sale and buy commission, but leads to inferior representation.


Our single-agency policy means we only represent one client at a time during a transaction. This service pledge promises honest, high-quality representation from beginning to end. Single agency representation makes us a rarity in the field, but we think it is good business, and our clients do too!
